The York Assessment of Reading for Comprehension is a one-to-one, reading assessment that enables teachers to develop a detailed profile of a pupil’s reading and comprehension skills from an early age through to the end of secondary school.
This session will explore:
- The pre-testing preparations and administration of YARC.
- Guidance for analysing and interpreting assessment data for the purpose of identifying next steps to ensure meaningful impact.
