Polly Marsh

Polly is an Education Advisor specialising in the Secondary and Independent sectors. Before joining Renaissance, she was an Assistant Headteacher and SENCo in a primary setting, gaining experience across both state and independent schools. She is also a Specialist Leader in SEND and remains committed to inclusive education and learner support. Beyond her professional life, Polly is a keen runner and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
