Chris Lapping

With a background in primary education, Chris brings teaching, leadership and governance experience from the UK and overseas. Having used a range of assessments and practice products himself in the classroom and as a senior leader, he understands the real difference they can make when used well. At Renaissance and GL Education, he now works with schools globally to ensure these solutions are applied in ways that genuinely support pupil progress and teacher workload. He is passionate about helping teachers turn data into meaningful insights that shape classroom practice. Outside of work, Chris enjoys travelling, keeping active and walking his Boston Terrier.
